Commercial Construction Project Manager (Division 9)
Greenway Services Group – Cypress, TX

Locally and family-owned, Greenway Services Group was founded in 2016. Based in Cypress, TX, and serving South, Central, and West Texas, we are a highly respected Division 9, HUB-certified contractor offering interior and exterior architectural design work and finishes. Our specialties include flooring, drywall, acoustical ceilings, millwork, carpentry, and demolition.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced commercial construction project manager with expertise in Division 9 to join our dynamic team. This role combines in-field oversight with office-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate will effectively oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all phases of commercial construction projects within Division 9, including flooring, ceilings, painting, wallcoverings, drywall, carpentry, millwork, and interior finishes.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, manage budgets, and control costs.
Coordinate and oversee material and labor costs and field teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits and proactively address any issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders and provide comprehensive reporting on project status.
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key partners.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction, with specific experience in Division 9.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices relevant to Division 9.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project preferred).
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
